With over 20 years of experience in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, Paula has been a consultant at the convergence of business, branding, and sustainability. She has led teams as Executive Director of Strategy at Interbrand and as UK Managing Director at Yonder Consulting, a £3mm start-up at the time. Paula is the founder of now-on, a system change and strategy consulting firm incubating The Sofa Activist. She is also a Board Director at the Lisbon Project, a non-profit that supports migrants and refugees in Portugal, Circular Economy Portugal, and a mentor at Nova Business School's Entrepreneurship program.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, Jeronimo has specialized as a risk and compliance professional. In 2017, he joined the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK as a supervisor. In 2020, he transitioned into ESG, helping companies improve their governance and integration of ESG factors. While studying sustainable finance at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership, he conceived the idea of The Sofa Activist.

Over 25 years of hands-on experience in technological innovation and business transformation within Fortune 500 enterprises. As a partner at one of the largest global consulting firms, Accenture, for more than two decades, he led the development and implementation of advanced tech solutions. Sid co-founded and leads Aeonix Technopreneurs, a North American startup focused on GenAI solutions to streamline and enhance work in large organizations. He is also on advisory boards as an AI and Tech specialist, including for The Knowledge House, an anti-poverty NGO from New York, Frenks, a creative artists global platform, and ETHO IT Solutions, a Latin American technology talent pool.
